Returned products must be unopened and sealed unless defective or it is not the product on the order form. They must be returned within 30 days. All the food items ( Tea products, Rice, Rice powder, and etc.) are not refundable, return and exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable. Before returning the product, please email info@nevadateafest.com, please kindly include your Order Number, date ordered, and Reasons for return.
